		<description>I am in the middle of reviewing On Promenade for the Phantom Tollbooth website and am loving it. 2 brilliant REM-alike tracks sit among a genre-blending alt-folk landscape. Very moody, entrancing and one you have to play twice through each time. The word about Burr should spread fast after this.</description>
