Join us Saturday, November 5 at the Center For Leadership Development on the Campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary for a day of celebrating God’s glory and increasing our joy in Him through music, fellowship and reformed preaching.
We are committed to the boldly God-centered understanding of the Gospel as best articulated in the doctrines known as Reformed Theology. We are burdened by the lack of unity, cooperation and communication among Reformed churches. To that end, this is the first of what we hope to be many gatherings centered around the Doctrines of Grace here in Texas. We hope to edify one another and glorify God while building strong relationships of mutual support.
We will hear messages from four Texas pastors: Randall Easter (First Baptist Church of Briar), Brent Thomas (Grace Community Church, Glen Rose), Tim Presson (Christ the Redeemer Church, Fort Worth) and Steve Garrick (Heritage Baptist Church, Mansfield). We will also worship through music, being led by Gary Brumley, also of Grace Community Church.
Hey Brent,
It’s Nicole Popejoy. Is this a men’s only conference? Will we be helping with the leading of worship?
No, this is not a “men’s only” conference, it is open to all, so all please come!
is our worship team helping lead worship? or is it just Gary?
Nicole;
I don’t know, you’ll have to follow up with Gary. All I know is that we’ve asked him to head up the music for us, I’m not sure what he has planned.
Alrighty!
this looks good, but one problem.
every good Truly Reformed conference needs to have Five sessions instead of four… don’t tell us you’re leaving out the extent of the atonement.
IF we had structured the conference on The Five Points, all five would have been there….
