Recently, I posted some gimmick advertisements that a friend had sent. As Warren correctly noted, they came from a site called Sacred Sandwich (The Onion for Evangelicals as he called it). In the fine spirit of becoming sidetracked by the wonderful world of the wide web made possible for us by Al Gore, I’d like to gather the ads that I had posted into one place and include a couple of others with all the credit (good or bad!) going to the fine folks (actually, I don’t know them) at Sacred Sandwich. Personally, I think it’s a toss-up between the last two for my own favorite, with the slight edge going to Spurgeon, just because, well, it’s Spurgeon.
