I love this “Weekly Town Crier” compilation! Vinyl records do sound wonderful. My wife gave me, for my birthday, a record player/CD player. Just as an experiment I’ve played, back to back, Windham Hill CD’s and then Windham Hill non-digital Vinyl records, all from the early 80’s. The vinyl recording sounds as if the performer, like William Ackerman or George Winston, is present.
The embracing skeletons near Verona do remind one of Romeo and Juliet. For St. Valentine’s Day my wife and I watched the beautifully made Franco Zeffirelli film, “Romeo and Juliet” (with Shakespeare’s words). The cinematography is very beautiful. Has anyone else noticed that the color palette of most contemporary films, by Americans and the British, has become incredibly drab, painfully bleak, grayish?

The “Weekly Town Crier” is a good bit and one of my regular Friday stop downs.

    Keep ‘em coming, Brent!
