Though it’s been a while since I’ve commented on this, I am part of something here in TX called the Fellowship of Reformed Churches. This is simply a platform to foster communication, cooperation and community among like-minded churches throughout the state. To that end we host an annual conference and day of worship.

We are pleased to make available the audio of the 2006 Fellowship of Reformed Churches conference “Humble Orthodoxy.” Please feel free to download each of the messages. It is our prayer that you will benefit from these messages and that you will be encouraged not only in the pursuit of orthodoxy, but the pursuit of humility as well.

Brent, I’m one of Chris Blake’s friends from back in OKC (actually I’m at Gordon-Conwell right now), and I just wanted to say that I’ve read your site for a long time now and I really like the Weekly Town Crier. I’m going to start instituting something like that on my own site and I wanted to thank you ahead of time for the idea.

I have a question about your blog. What plug-in do you use for the amazon links on the sidebar?? Thanks.

Jason,

I actually don’t use a plug-in for those. I wasn’t happy with the formatting of the plug-ins that I did try. None of them incorporated well with the overall theme of the blog. It’s more work but I think it looks better to do it manually. So I size the images, host them at an external site, and manually create the Amazon links. Then I simply manually insert them into the “sidebar” section.

The Amazon search option is simpy html taken directly from Amazon.

Hope that helps, if not please feel free to ask!
